The HCG diet is a 26-day program that helps burn abnormal fat that's created by consuming excessive amounts of starch and sugar. This type of fat causes obesity and builds up in the hips, stomach, buttocks and thighs.
The diet itself is simple and broken into following three phases:
During phase one, you need to eat full portions of high-fat foods, such as butter, avocados, and dairy to load your normal fat cells and prepare your body to burn abnormal fat cells.
Starting on the third day of the diet, you will begin to follow a 500 calorie food plan, which we will provide you with. This plan will be supplemented with HCG drops and B12 injections.
During phase three, the focus is on stabilizing and maintaining your weight. During this period, you will follow a 1500-calorie diet that is free of starch and carbohydrates.
HCG is also known as Human Chorionic Gonadotropin. Although it's a hormone that can be found in both women and men, women are known to produce higher amounts during pregnancy. When taken in high doses and combined with a restricted diet, HCG can help men and women lose large amounts of abnormal body fat.
