A 38 year-old woman before and after Brazilian Buttock Lift with Fat Transfer by Andrew Lyos M.D., FACS. She was primarily bothered by the sagging nature and loss of volume of her buttocks. She wanted to improve the shape and projection of her buttocks but did not want to be wider in the hips. A total of 4.7 pounds harvested from the abdomen, waist, lumbar roll, inner thighs, and knees was used to inject 680 cc (1.5 pounds) into the left buttocks and 680 cc (1.5 pounds) into the right buttocks.
