Breast Lift Procedures At a Glance
Breast Lift (Mastopexy) is a surgical procedure performed that reshapes and lifts up sagging breasts. As the skin loses its flexibility, the breasts often lose their shape and firmness and begin to sag. Your plastic surgeon will remove excess tissue, and with the remaining tissue, reposition your breast. This plastic surgery procedure typically takes anywhere from 1-3.5 hours. Most patients are back to work within 7-10 days. Be sure to confirm that your surgeon is Board Certified to ensure that they are capable of performing the surgery you desire.
